**Dear Waves Families,**

The final swim meet of the season — the **NVAL Championships** — is now open for registration on OME!

📍 **Location:** Redding Aquatic Center (The RAC)

📅 **Dates:** July 25–27

This is a big and exciting meet, and we **encourage all swimmers who have participated in at least two meets** this season to sign up. Eligible meets include:

* Either of the dual meets at the YMCA (✨ Final opportunity is **tonight**!)

* Our upcoming **Waves Invitational Meet** (**next weekend**!)

We’ve placed very well in the **Seasonal Team Category** in past years — let’s keep the momentum going!

🏊 **Tip:** Sign up for **3 events per day** if possible to contribute the most points to the team score. Points are awarded to the **top 12 finishers** in each event.
