- Early Bird Registration (4/1 - 5/9) $175 (Plus USA Swimming Membership $59/$30)

- Trial Membership - Offered 5/5 - 5/15; Swim Test 5/15 or 6/16 - 6/19; Swim Test 6/19 - $50 (Non-refundable) - If your swimmer is unsure if they can swim 25 yds unassisted, please register using this form as all fees are non-refundable. If after the trial period, swimmer is able to pass the 25 yd swim test (the full length of our pool), the swimmer will be required to complete a full registration form. The non-refundable $50 will be applied towards registration fee using a code provided.
All Team Swimmers must be able to swim 25 Yards unassisted. The coaches will evaluate the skill levels of all swimmers during the first week. Unassisted means that they must swim the length of the pool (25 yds) without touching the bottom or sides of the pool and without the use of any flotation devices.
Registration includes a team shirt, team swim cap, practice up to 4 days a week from May-July and provides coaches at meets.
Registration Fees, Sponsorships, and Fundraisers pay for coaches, pool rental, equipment, insurance, team shirts, caps, and all other associated costs with operating a swim team.
**REFUND POLICY**
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY REASON. PLEASE ENSURE YOUR CHILD CAN SWIM ACROSS THE POOL COMPLETLY UNASSISTED BEFORE REGISTRATION OR REGISTER USING THE TRIAL MEMBERSHIP FORM.
USA SWIMMING REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL TEAM MEMBERS.

There are three options to register for USA Swimming: Individual Season Athlete $59, Flex Athlete $30, or Outreach. Please see details below as to which membership best fits. Email [email protected] with questions. All fees are non-refundable.
When making the decision to register with USA Swimming, consider that the FLEX membership is for 12 & under and only allows the swimmer to compete in no more than two sanctioned meets. If your swimmer if over 12 or plans to compete, the Individual Season is recommended, that way, they are not limited to the number of meets they can attend during the season. A swimmer must attend two* meets PRIOR to NVALS in order to qualify for NVAL Championships. *One can be sanctioned and the other can be our intra-squad meet
Individual Season ($59)
- Valid starting the day you register.
- Compete in unlimited sanctioned meets.
- Only valid for 149 days.
- Not valid for Zone, Sectional and National meets.
Flex* ($30)
- Available for ages 12 & under only.
- Compete in up to TWO sanctioned meets.
- No LSC Championship, Zone, Sectional or National meets.
- Swimmer must be 12 years old or younger.
- Allows upgrade to Premium Membership (this year-round membership is substantially more expensive than the Individual Season listed above).
*This membership would be good for swimmers not planning to travel to meets or those planning on attending ONLY two sanctioned meets during the season.
Outreach* ($7)
- Requires PROOF of eligibility for low-cost program.

Volunteer Work Bond: $75 per family
Volunteers are what make our season possible! We appreciate all of your help as do the swimmers. Each family is responsible for 10 hours of volunteer time. Families offered a scholarship for club membership are responsible for 15 hours of volunteer time. All parents must volunteer in some capacity for their children to participate on the team. The board and other parents are available for support to ensure each family’s success! A list of approved volunteer jobs will be available on the team website, at registration & will be available at the pool during practices. Timing at meets will not be a qualifying event for hours worked, though it is required for our team to participate in meets. Families with 10+ hours worked will receive the work bond refund by the end of the season. Work bond is due during the registration process.
