Weaverville Waves are selling raffle tickets for two winners who will win 1/2 of a butchered pig. The drawing will be January 20. Wiley's in Hayfork is generous and donated a standard cut and wrap (premium add on are available for a fee). The pig is being raised locally and donated by the Faulkner family. The only cost to swim team is the raffle tickets ($95). The more tickets the team sells the more money the team makes. Winners will be able to discuss options with the butcher and customize their order. Tickets are $5 each or 5 tickets for $20. Amy Brookins, Tori Geist, Annie Nugent, Sally Cousins, Amber Wilks, Sandy Faulkner, & Josh Faulkner all have tickets. This is a great way to support Weaverville Waves.
